Brand History
Founded in 2013 in Chengdu’s Yulin district, Dalongyi began its journey as a pioneer of authentic Sichuan hot pot, built on a secret soup base recipe and a deep passion for the bold, spicy flavors of Chengdu.
Within just a year, the brand expanded through franchising, quickly opening dozens of locations across China. By 2016, Dalongyi had grown to over 120 stores and set its sights on the global stage. In 2017, its iconic image lit up New York’s Times Square, marking its official entry into international markets. Today, Dalongyi operates hundreds of restaurants worldwide, sharing the true taste of Sichuan with customers around the globe and continuing its mission to “let the world love the flavor of Chengdu.”
