Founded in 2013 in Chengdu’s Yulin District, Dalongyi Hotpot has grown from a single local restaurant into one of China’s most recognized hotpot brands. Guided by the philosophy of “Dalongyi · China’s Spice,” the brand has expanded steadily to over 300 locations across China and nearly 20 international branches in cities such as Singapore, Toronto, New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Sydney.

Today, Dalongyi has evolved into a comprehensive culinary brand that integrates supply chain management, logistics and warehousing, R&D, quality control, a central kitchen, brand academy, and marketing center, we are creating a full-scale restaurant incubation system.

Dalongyi’s signature 3.0 simmered beef tallow broth uses over 20 premium spices and an exclusive slow-cook process to ensure a consistent flavor across all 300+ global outlets.
